Capabilities

Our capacities include all kinds of CNC machine operations. That includes CNC Turning, CNC Milling, development of mechanical designs using CAD/FEA, and fabricating products. We are a moderately staffed team of capable machinists blessed to have a very keen-on learning machinist apprentice. No single person on our team is just a body. We work together, put our minds together and do the project from beginning to end. With every project, we get together and discuss how to approach challenging tasks at hand and how to be successful at completing them on time, without comprising one bit on quality.

CNC Turning Services

Improve your productivity, efficiency, and cost-benefit ratio

At the C&W machine shop, we have 4 CNC Lathe machines, one of which is a dual turret, dual spindle with live tooling for high volume production. This is why we can take up large bulk orders and deliver them well in time.
Industrial Applications
CNC Turning can be productive for a large variety of industries, CNC turning centers are an excellent machine to create products like spacers, manifolds, fittings, shafts, bushings, and a whole lot more.
If you're overseeing a complex component that'll require precision machining via a turning center, our team can provide the quality of service you need.

Fabrication
Designs that become alive with complete precision Materials we use C&W Machine Shop is an experienced enterprise, with years of handling stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel fabrication. We also specialize in fabricating aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, high-strength steels, and composites, which are mostly used in the aerospace industry. Our Welding Expertise Our founder was an expert welder and so, C&W machine shop also specializes in various types of welding. Joining metal parts through welding is a precise operation and is done through a variety of processes such as Stick Welding (SMAW), MIG welding (GMAW), Flux-Cored arc welding (FCAW), tungsten inert gas or Tig welding (GTAW), and Orbital Fusion welding.

Mechanical Design Services

Achieve the intended function of your product idea with all the necessary mechanisms & framework
At C&W Machine Shop, we are adept at mechanical designs. Our preferred tool to create these designs is Solidworks. Our designers are skilled, creative and competent when it comes to creating 3D models for any industrial or mechanical design. Interpreting the idea of a product, no matter how intricate, complex or simple it may be; into a market-ready reality involves developing a detailed design and/or assembly, product renderings, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions before sending it to the manufacturing unit. We do our best to leverage the best tools and practices to ensure reliably excellent manufacturing outcomes.
As part of the Mechanical Design & Modeling Services, we also create using simulations embedded in Solidworks; Dynamic modeling of complex mechanical systems as well as Tolerance and mechanical stack-up analysis.

Turnkey services
Your one-stop shop to turn your product idea into a reality The turnkey services at the C&W machine shop are for the clients who know what they need but are not sure how to go about it. Our turnkey service is like ordering your product and seeing it made. You can walk in here with an idea on a napkin and we will help you develop a mechanical design, perform the Finite element analysis, machine/fabricate, assemble, and build the product. Typically, everything we do is industrial and out of engineering materials like forged, cast, and wrought Aluminum, stainless steel, and other exotic alloys such as Inconel and titanium; woods, and a variety of industrial plastic. Our Advantage From mechanical design to fabrication to assembly, we provide you with complete guidance on your project as to what will be the most suitable procedures, the ideal materials, and assembly for your product. We garner precise controls and efficiency, to get the job done with our versatile manufacturing equipment and deliver you the products in time. Our Process Designing is one of our specialties at C&W Machine Shop where we design your product in Solidworks, thanks to our experienced and knowledgeable SW Certified staff. The design is then tested with Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to simulate it being used in real life. The design is then sent to the client for approval. Any changes to the design may be incorporated at this stage. After the client approves the design, we can move forward with a cost sheet analysis for the project scope and get to work machining and building.
